In accordance with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998, organisations are obligated to guarantee that individuals using workplace equipment have received adequate information, instruction, and training.

At Wheelwash, we understand that ensuring the safe and efficient operation of your wheel wash system is not just a compliance requirement but a fundamental aspect of preserving its longevity and maximising its lifetime value.

Why training matters:

Properly operating your wheel wash system is not just about compliance with safety regulations; it’s a strategic move to safeguard your investment. Failure to provide adequate training not only poses safety risks but also jeopardises the efficiency and longevity of your wheel wash system.

Our training offerings:

Wheelwash is committed to assisting you in meeting your training requirements. We provide on-site equipment training and housekeeping training to ensure that your team is well-versed in the optimal operation and maintenance of your wheel wash system.

Key training details:

Duration: Our training sessions are designed to be efficient and effective. A group of six people can be trained in under 60 minutes. Wheelwash can train multiple groups of upto 6 people within a minimum of half-day booking onsite – alternatively, if our engineers are already on-site, training can be added on as part of the visit.

Training records: We maintain comprehensive training records, including the time, date, and specific learning outcomes achieved during each session.

Group sessions: Training can be conducted in groups, with a maximum of 6 attendees per session. This allows for personalised attention and ensures that each participant gains a thorough understanding of the operation and maintenance protocols.

Operational efficiency

Well-trained staff contribute to the efficient and effective use of the wheel wash system, minimising downtime and maximising uptime.

Equipment longevity

Proper operation and maintenance, as taught in our training sessions, directly contribute to the longevity of your wheel wash system, protecting your investment.

Promote a safe working environment by educating your team on the correct and safe operation of the wheel wash system.

Fulfil legal obligations by ensuring that your team receives proper training as mandated by the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation (PUWER) 1998.
