The Ecowash Extreme is an extremely effective wash system. A 12m platform with optional 3m ramps made of heavy-duty steel, accompanied by recycling tanks that start at 46,500 litres of water. The closed loop system ensures the system recycles the water is uses. The Ecowash Extreme can also resist 10,000 kilos per axle as standard and can cater for other sizes too.
11 strategically placed water delivery pipes spray narrow fans to targeted areas on each tyre at up to 6 bars. Staggered nozzles ensure the whole tyre is cleaned with minimal striping in 3-4-wheel revolutions. An invertor driven wash pump cuts operational costs by 50%, making this model a highly efficient system to have on site. A cylindrical hopper style primary settlement with discharge valve ensures clean water is only used in the washing process.
