Preventative maintenance
Scheduled service visits at a pre-agreed frequency, aligned with your usage patterns and the manufacturer’s recommendations. After each visit you receive a completed service check sheet as a record of the work carried out. The typical contract is four visits per year, but we can adjust to suit your site.
Bath and tank clean out
Over time, dirt and debris build up inside baths and tanks, affecting performance and creating potential health risks from stagnant water. Our clean out service uses a mobile vacuum pump to thoroughly remove accumulated material, keeping your equipment operating correctly and efficiently.
On-site training
Practical training for your operational staff covering correct equipment use and day-to-day housekeeping. Sessions are delivered on-site, in groups of up to six, and take under 60 minutes. We maintain full training records including dates and learning outcomes, helping you meet your PUWER obligations.
Original spare parts
Using genuine spare parts is the most effective way to maintain the performance and longevity of your system. All components are designed to work together, and we hold UK-based stock for fast access when you need them.

For maintenance contracts, you’ll receive scheduled visits at a frequency that suits your site. After each visit, we provide a completed service check sheet documenting what was done. If we identify any remedial work, we’ll discuss it with you before carrying out any additional repairs.
Training can be arranged as a standalone booking (minimum half day on-site) or added to an existing service visit. You’ll receive full training records for your compliance files.
