No Mains Power or Water Supply Wheel Wash Systems
No power. No water. No problem.
Not every site has access to electricity or a mains water supply, but that doesn’t mean compliance takes a back seat. Our non-powered wheel cleaning systems remove mud and debris from vehicle tyres without any services on site. Whether you’re managing a remote construction project, early-stage groundworks, or a short-term enabling works scheme, we have the right system ready to go.

Introducing the Non-Powered Range
Built for compliance. Designed for remote locations.
Our non-powered range is the most environmentally friendly wheel cleaning solution we offer. No electricity, no mains water connection, no pumps or sensors to maintain. These systems are designed for the sites where a powered wheel wash simply isn’t viable, remote locations, early-stage groundworks, tight-budget projects, or anywhere services haven’t been connected yet. Both systems are built at our facility in Winsford, Cheshire and are available for rental or purchase.
What makes the non-powered different
No services. No fuss. Full compliance.
Both the Ecoramp and Ecobath are designed to work without any on-site infrastructure. No power, no water supply, no drainage. Just a robust, proven system that keeps mud off public roads and your site compliant with the Road Traffic Act.

EcoBath
A high-performance, drive-through bath system that prevents dirt and debris reaching public highways. The 10m central bath delivers up to three complete wheel revolutions through water, while removable steel grids flex open tyre treads to release trapped dirt. Modular construction adapts to almost any site layout, and optional horizontal road sections extend capacity for articulated vehicles. Can be used wet or dry, making it a genuine all-season solution.

EcoRamp
A non-powered, drive-over ramp system that uses vibration to flex open tyre treads and release trapped mud. No water, no electricity, no drainage required. Made from heavy-duty steel with twin interlocks for fast, secure installation. In 5–6 slow wheel rotations, the inverted steel angle design loosens debris and drops it directly to the ground. Virtually maintenance-free and ideal for remote or budget-conscious sites.
