Automatic vehicle disinfection systems for farms, abattoirs, border controls, and biosecurity-critical sites.

Stop disease at the gate. Keep your site protected.

Vehicles entering your site carry risk on their tyres, wheels, and undercarriage. Avian influenza, foot and mouth, African swine fever, and salmonella can all be transmitted this way. The Agriwash range is a fully automatic vehicle disinfection system that treats every vehicle at the point of entry, without relying on staff to remember or carry out manual spraying. Surface-mounted, portable, and deployable quickly, it gives you a consistent, auditable biosecurity barrier at your site entrance.

Introducing the AgriWash range

Automatic disinfection. No reliance on human memory.

The Agriwash range is designed for environments where vehicle-borne pathogen transmission is a serious risk. Unlike manual spraying methods, the system activates automatically when a vehicle enters, targeting strategically placed nozzles at the tyres, wheels, and undercarriage for full coverage. Galvanised side screens and a collection tray beneath the platform capture contaminated wastewater for safe, controlled disposal. Every system is surface-mounted and can be deployed without excavation, or inset into a prepared foundation for a permanent installation.

The AgriWash range

Which system is right for your site?

Three systems, each designed for different site sizes and throughput requirements. All fully automatic, all surface-mounted, all built for biosecurity.

Agriwash Mini

The most compact system in the range, designed for smaller sites, tighter access points, or lower-volume locations. Automatic sensor activation with side and underside spray nozzles delivering up to 1 bar of pressure. Mounts on a galvanised stand with a 180-litre header tank. Requires only a 240v single-phase supply and a mains water connection. Lightweight and easy to relocate between access points.

What makes AgriWash different

Built for biosecurity. Not adapted for it.

Every Agriwash system is purpose-designed for disease prevention. Automatic activation, targeted nozzle coverage, adjustable chemical dosing, and contained wastewater collection come as standard. These aren’t add-ons to a general wheel wash; biosecurity is what the system is built for.

Some of the features listed below are model specific – Speak to our team today for more information

Fully automatic activation

Entry sensors detect each vehicle and activate the spray cycle automatically. No manual intervention, no reliance on staff to remember.

Full vehicle coverage

Strategically positioned nozzles target tyres, wheels, and the complete undercarriage, including on articulated vehicles. Up to 3 bar pressure ensures consistency even in adverse weather.

Adjustable chemical dosing

Compatible with most commonly used disinfectants, acid or alkaline. The dosing rate is adjustable to suit your specific site requirements and the disinfectant you use.

Contained wastewater collection

Galvanised side screens and a shallow collection tray beneath the platform capture all contaminated water, preventing hazardous run-off and enabling safe, controlled disposal.
