Every system is designed and manufactured at our facility in Winsford, Cheshire. When something goes wrong, you’re getting support from the people who understand wheel wash equipment inside and out, because we build it. And if your system is from another manufacturer, we’ll repair and refurbish that too.
How it works
What to expect
Get in touch and let us know what’s happening with your system. Our team will talk through the issue with you and arrange a visit to assess and carry out the repair.
If the repair is straightforward, we’ll aim to resolve it during the visit. If parts are needed, we’ll source them from our UK-held stock and get them to your site. For larger jobs or full refurbishments, we’ll provide a quote and agree a plan before starting work.
Once the work is complete, you’ll know exactly what was done. If we spot anything else during the repair that needs attention, we’ll flag it and discuss next steps with you rather than carrying out unrequested work.
