We custom make wheel wash systems to the exact size and specifications of that unique site. We are not afraid of a challenge; in fact, we prefer something outside of the norm. So, when we were approached by this client, we could not help but jump to the opportunity.
We were contacted by General Earth Movers Ltd. In San Fernando, Trinidad W.I. on their site about 100 trucks come in and out every day.
Due to the remoteness of the site, they did not want to use power. We offered our Ecobath, in a simple drive-through system. We offered this product after careful consideration as it is adaptable to many different sites, especially remote locations, or where services may not be readily available.
The Ecobath that was supplied was a 10m x 3.5 m with internal gridded ramps and 3m inclined entry and exit ramps with an additional drainage valve. The Ecobath holds up to 13,750 litres of water.
Once our team built the specified unit, ensuring everything was perfect, it was delivered it to the Port of Spain, Trinidad in a 40ft flat rack container. The Ecobath was prepared on a concrete foundation and installed in late April.
